raffreddamento evaporativo appartengono alla stessa famiglia tecnologica: il raffreddamento adiabatico. Il principio fisico &egrave; invariabile. L&rsquo;aria calda viene messa a contatto con l&rsquo;acqua, che evapora. Questo cambiamento di stato cattura l&rsquo;energia termica e abbassa la temperatura dell&rsquo;aria, che viene poi diffusa nello spazio da trattare.   <\/p><p>Questa tecnologia offre un&rsquo;alternativa alla climatizzazione tradizionale, con un impatto energetico da 6 a 10 volte inferiore. Ma l&rsquo;architettura del sistema cambia tutto. Sul mercato BtoB coesistono due approcci principali: soluzioni adiabatiche fisse installate sul tetto e soluzioni adiabatiche mobili installate direttamente sul pavimento dell&rsquo;edificio da trattare. Due di queste spiegano da sole la maggior parte delle differenze nelle prestazioni effettive osservate tra le due architetture: l&rsquo;origine dell&rsquo;aria aspirata e il tempo di raffreddamento. Sono proprio questi due punti ad essere discussi in dettaglio qui di seguito. Una soluzione mobile installata a terra nello spazio da trattare aspira aria dall&rsquo;interno dell&rsquo;edificio. Questa differenza pu&ograve; sembrare secondaria. Tuttavia, determina la maggior parte dell&rsquo;efficienza reale.   <\/p><p>In un&rsquo;installazione fissa sul tetto, durante un&rsquo;ondata di calore, l&rsquo;aria esterna aspirata &egrave; la pi&ugrave; calda disponibile. Non ci sono zone d&rsquo;ombra, n&eacute; protezioni, n&eacute; effetti di mascheramento termico. L&rsquo;apparecchiatura deve quindi raffreddare l&rsquo;aria di mandata a 35, 38 o 40&deg;C per produrre aria fresca per l&rsquo;edificio. Le prestazioni dipendono interamente dalla differenza tra la temperatura esterna e la temperatura del punto di rugiada.   <\/p><p>In un&rsquo;installazione mobile a pavimento, l&rsquo;apparecchiatura aspira l&rsquo;aria gi&agrave; presente nell&rsquo;edificio, che &egrave; pi&ugrave; fredda di quella esterna grazie all&rsquo;effetto termico delle pareti e del pavimento. Man mano che la macchina raffredda l&rsquo;area da trattare, l&rsquo;aria che aspira diventa a sua volta progressivamente pi&ugrave; fredda. Il sistema entra in un circolo virtuoso: pi&ugrave; l&rsquo;area viene raffreddata, pi&ugrave; l&rsquo;aria aspirata &egrave; fredda, migliori sono le prestazioni.  <\/p><p>Questa differenza spiega perch&eacute; un refrigeratore adiabatico industriale mobile raggiunge le sue prestazioni ottimali dopo circa 90 minuti, con aumenti di temperatura graduali e duraturi. Una soluzione fissa su tetto, invece, rimane stabile per tutto il giorno e l&rsquo;efficienza inizia a migliorare solo nel tardo pomeriggio, quando la temperatura esterna inizia a scendere. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e102172 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"e102172\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5171c12 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5171c12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Il secondo punto decisivo: il tempo necessario per l'abbassamento della temperatura e il materassino termico<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ab9291 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ab9291\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In un edificio industriale con un&rsquo;altezza significativa del soffitto, il calore segue la legge fisica della stratificazione. L&rsquo;aria calda sale, quella fredda scende. Il risultato &egrave; quello che gli ingegneri termici chiamano &ldquo;materasso termico&rdquo;: uno strato di aria molto calda che viene immagazzinato nella parte superiore dell&rsquo;edificio, spesso tra i 6 e i 10 metri di altezza.  <\/p><p>Questo materasso termico non ha alcuna utilit&agrave; operativa. Gli operatori lavorano al piano inferiore, le macchine producono al piano inferiore, le postazioni di lavoro sono al piano inferiore. L&rsquo;aria calda al di sopra &egrave; un rifiuto termico.  <\/p><p>Una soluzione a tetto fisso distribuisce l&rsquo;aria fresca dall&rsquo;alto, tramite condotti o distribuzione alla rinfusa. Pertanto, deve prima &ldquo;attaccare&rdquo; questo materasso termico prima che l&rsquo;aria fresca scenda nelle aree utili. Di conseguenza, il tempo necessario per far scendere la temperatura nelle postazioni di lavoro spesso supera la durata di un&rsquo;intera giornata lavorativa.  <\/p><p>Una soluzione a pavimento mobile, invece, distribuisce l&rsquo;aria direttamente agli operatori. L&rsquo;aria fresca arriva dove &egrave; necessaria. La temperatura si abbassa in circa 90 minuti, il che rende la soluzione compatibile con i turni mattutini.  <\/p><p>Questa differenza nel tempo di riduzione della temperatura &egrave; il secondo criterio che spiega le differenze di prestazioni osservate sul campo.
