bioenfriamiento y el enfriamiento evaporativo pertenecen a la misma familia tecnol&oacute;gica: el enfriamiento adiab&aacute;tico. El principio f&iacute;sico es invariable. El aire caliente se pone en contacto con el agua, que se evapora. Este cambio de estado capta energ&iacute;a t&eacute;rmica y reduce la temperatura del aire, que se difunde en el espacio a tratar.   <\/p><p>Esta tecnolog&iacute;a ofrece una alternativa al aire acondicionado convencional, con un impacto energ&eacute;tico entre 6 y 10 veces menor. Pero la arquitectura del sistema lo cambia todo. En el mercado BtoB coexisten dos enfoques principales: las soluciones adiab&aacute;ticas fijas instaladas en el tejado, y las soluciones adiab&aacute;ticas m&oacute;viles instaladas directamente en el suelo del edificio a tratar. Estos dos enfoques no producen los mismos resultados.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-794e9d3 elementor-widget Una soluci&oacute;n m&oacute;vil instalada en el suelo del espacio a tratar aspira aire del interior del edificio. Esta diferencia puede parecer secundaria. Sin embargo, determina la mayor parte de la eficacia real.   <\/p><p>En una instalaci&oacute;n fija sobre tejado, durante una ola de calor, el aire exterior aspirado es el m&aacute;s caliente disponible. No hay zonas de sombra, ni protecci&oacute;n, ni efecto de enmascaramiento t&eacute;rmico. Por tanto, el equipo tiene que enfriar el aire de impulsi&oacute;n a 35, 38 o 40 &deg;C para producir aire fresco para el edificio. El rendimiento depende totalmente de la diferencia entre la temperatura exterior y la temperatura del punto de roc&iacute;o.   <\/p><p>En una instalaci&oacute;n m&oacute;vil montada en el suelo, el equipo aspira aire ya presente en el edificio, que est&aacute; m&aacute;s fr&iacute;o que el aire exterior gracias al efecto t&eacute;rmico de las paredes y el suelo. A medida que la m&aacute;quina enfr&iacute;a la zona tratada, el propio aire que aspira se enfr&iacute;a progresivamente. El sistema entra en un c&iacute;rculo virtuoso: cuanto m&aacute;s se enfr&iacute;a la zona, m&aacute;s se enfr&iacute;a el aire aspirado y mejor es el rendimiento.  <\/p><p>Esta diferencia explica por qu&eacute; una enfriadora adiab&aacute;tica industrial m&oacute;vil alcanza su rendimiento &oacute;ptimo al cabo de unos 90 minutos, con ganancias de temperatura graduales y duraderas. En cambio, una soluci&oacute;n fija sobre tejado permanece estable durante todo el d&iacute;a, y su rendimiento s&oacute;lo empieza a mejorar a &uacute;ltima hora de la tarde, cuando la temperatura exterior empieza a bajar. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e102172 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"e102172\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5171c12 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5171c12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El segundo punto decisivo: el tiempo que tarda en bajar la temperatura y el colch&oacute;n t&eacute;rmico<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ab9291 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ab9291\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En un edificio industrial con una altura de techo considerable, el calor sigue la ley f&iacute;sica de la estratificaci&oacute;n. El aire caliente sube, el aire fr&iacute;o se hunde. El resultado es lo que los ingenieros t&eacute;rmicos llaman un &laquo;colch&oacute;n t&eacute;rmico&raquo;: una capa de aire muy caliente que se almacena en la parte superior del edificio, a menudo entre 6 y 10 metros de altura.  <\/p><p>Este colch&oacute;n t&eacute;rmico no tiene ninguna utilidad operativa. Los operarios trabajan abajo, las m&aacute;quinas producen abajo, los puestos de trabajo est&aacute;n abajo. El aire caliente de arriba es residuo t&eacute;rmico.  <\/p><p>Una soluci&oacute;n de cubierta fija distribuye su aire fresco desde arriba, mediante conductos o distribuci&oacute;n masiva. Por tanto, primero debe &laquo;atacar&raquo; este colch&oacute;n t&eacute;rmico antes de que el aire fresco descienda a las zonas &uacute;tiles. Como consecuencia, el tiempo que tarda en bajar la temperatura a los puestos de trabajo suele superar la duraci&oacute;n de una jornada laboral completa.  <\/p><p>En cambio, una soluci&oacute;n de suelo m&oacute;vil distribuye el aire directamente a los operarios. El aire fresco llega all&iacute; donde se necesita. La temperatura tarda unos 90 minutos en bajar, lo que hace que la soluci&oacute;n sea compatible con los turnos de primera hora de la ma&ntilde;ana.  <\/p><p>Esta diferencia en el tiempo de reducci&oacute;n de la temperatura es el segundo criterio que explica las diferencias de rendimiento observadas sobre el terreno.
