The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Site.<\/p>\n

2 – Site access and availability<\/h2>\n

Access to the www.rafraichisseur-air.fr website is open to anyone wishing to obtain information about FOXAIR’s activities.
Access to the Site is ensured on a continuous and permanent basis, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond FOXAIR’s control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Furthermore, due to the nature of the Internet, FOXAIR cannot guarantee that the Site will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>\n

3 – Liability<\/h2>\n

FOXAIR strives to provide users with the most reliable and qualitative information possible.
FOXAIR does not, however, guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information published on the Site.
